West Tisbury Deed Recordings Show Wide Price Gap as Trust Transfers Mark Slow Period

West Tisbury recorded five property transactions between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed prices ranging from $200,000 to $630,000 and a median of $415,000. Two other recordings were trust transfers within the same family, at 120 Oak Lane and 200 Otis Bassett Road, and a fifth recording was a homestead declaration rather than a sale. With most prices undisclosed and no repeat street activity, the available data does not support a clear read on market direction this period.
