West Tisbury recorded five property deeds from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, three of which carried sale prices ranging from $1,320,000 to $3,800,000, with a median of $3,040,000. The month's top transaction was the $3,800,000 sale of 20 Edson Forest Road, sold by David A. Behnke and Paul F. Doherty, as trustees, to John D. Reese and Jill M. Bailey, as trustees. A related mortgage recording at the same address and a condominium certificate on Oak Lane accounted for two of the five entries. Two deeds have not yet shown a sale price in the registry, a typical lag rather than a sign of withheld information. Overall transaction volume for the period was limited.
