West Tisbury home sale tops $1.1 million as most July deeds carry no price
Nine deeds recorded in West Tisbury from July 10 to August 8, but only three disclosed a sale price: $325,000, $1,029,000 and $1,155,653, a median of $1,029,000 among priced sales. The top disclosed sale was 140 Longview Road at $1,155,653, sold by Jessica Harkins and Skyler D. Brickley to Coast Bank. The remaining six deeds, including several family and trust transfers, one bank-related transfer and one municipal lien certificate, listed no price. With two-thirds of recorded transactions lacking disclosed values, the data does not support a clear read on market tone for the period.
