West Tisbury Records Eight Property Sales From $110,000 to $8.96 Million
West Tisbury recorded eight property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, four with disclosed sale prices ranging from $110,000 to $8,958,400 and a median of $3,506,750. The period's top sale was 29 Naushon Rd at $8,958,400, sold by Beach Pebble Road LLC to Makonikey Vista LLC. Pond Road accounted for three of the eight transfers, all trust or estate-related with no price disclosed. Two disclosed sales, at 130 Plum Bush Point Rd and 381 State Rd, listed banks as buyers. Price data was incomplete for half the recorded transactions, and no bed, bath or square-footage figures were available for any property.
