Four other transfers, including three separate Pond Road properties, have not yet shown recorded prices. Two of the priced sales involved banks as buyers: JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and Martha's Vineyard Bank. With half the period's deeds lacking price data so far, the available figures show a wide spread between the town's lowest and highest recorded transactions.
