West Tisbury Records Seven Deed Transfers as August Sales Top Out Near $9 Million
West Tisbury recorded seven property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, though only four listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $964,000 to $8,958,400, with a median of $3,506,750 among those four. The month's largest transaction was 29 Naushon Road at $8,958,400, sold by Beach Pebble Road LLC to Makonikey Vista LLC. Pond Road had two recorded transfers, both without disclosed prices and both appearing to be family or trust transfers. With more than half the period's deeds carrying no listed price, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market conditions.
