West Tisbury records six deeds as half withhold sale prices in late-summer stretch

Six property deeds were recorded in West Tisbury between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three disclosed a sale price: $200,000, $630,000 and $964,000, for a median of $630,000. Half the recorded transfers, including two family trust transactions, listed no price, and no street saw more than one sale. With most consideration amounts undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of the town's late-summer property market.
