Two West Tisbury Deeds Transfer to Bank as Half of Sales Await Pricing

West Tisbury recorded four property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Two carried recorded prices, ranging from $250,000 to $550,000, with a median of $400,000; the other two await price data. The period's top recorded sale was 139 Oak Lane at $550,000, sold by trustees Griffin and Leila Gardner to Martha's Vineyard Bank on Sept. 14. Forest Road saw two of the four transfers. With only four total recorded deeds, the data shows limited transaction volume for the period, though final figures may shift once the two pending prices post.
