Two West Tisbury Home Sales Post Prices as Three Other Deeds Await Data
West Tisbury recorded five property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price so far: $630,000 for 41 Scotchmans Bridge Lane and $550,000 for 139 Oak Lane, putting the median at $590,000. Three other transfers, at 120 Oak Lane, 200 Otis Bassett Road, and an unaddressed West Tisbury parcel tied to a homestead filing, had no price on record yet. Two of the unpriced transfers moved property from individual owners into their own revocable trusts rather than to outside buyers. With most of the period's deeds still lacking price data, the available numbers point to a quiet stretch for confirmed, priced sales in town.
