West Tisbury Records Five Property Transfers in September, Only Two Show a Price
West Tisbury recorded five property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two show a sale price so far: $250,000 for 105 Otis Bassett Road and $550,000 for 139 Oak Lane, giving a median of $400,000 across the priced sales. Martha's Vineyard Bank was the buyer in both. Three other transfers, including a Forest Road trust transfer and a lease termination with no listed address, have not yet shown a price in registry data. With pricing available for only two of five recorded deeds, the period's data offers a limited read on market conditions.
